Registered office services

Registered office services

We are able to offer you a variety of address services which you may find helpful. The company we use for these services is a company registrar with whom we have been working for many years.

The address is Suite 9, Dalton House, 60 Windsor Avenue, London, SW19 2RR and the options are as follows:

Registered Office service

Every company must have a Registered Office at which official documents can be served (Companies Act 2006). The Registered Office address need not be the company's place of business and using a service address will protect your home address from being shown as the company address on the public register. You should also receive less junk mail as a result.

Any statutory mail address issued to the company will then be sent to the service address in the first instance. The statutory mail is then forwarded to your own address. The cost for this service is £139+vat per annum.

Please note that you should not use our Registered Office service address for any trading purposes, or advertising purposes. Only statutory company mail will be forwarded with the Registered Office service, please see below details of our general Mail Forwarding and Directors Service address options.

Company correspondence address with Mail Forwarding

If you do not wish to use your home address for business correspondence, we can also set up a Mail Forwarding service. The cost for this service is £185+vat per annum plus postage.

Registered office plus company correspondence address with Mail Forwarding

If you require both Registered Office and mail forwarding address, we can offer a combined price of £270+vat plus postage.

Directors Service Address

This service is for any director wishing to keep their residential address confidential, so that it does not show on the public register. Any filing of a director's details for incorporations now has to include both the director's usual residential address and, for each directorship, a service address. The service address will be on the public record; the residential address will be protected information. A director may choose to use their residential address as their service address, in which case it will be available on the public register.

If a director does not wish their usual residential address to show they may purchase our Directors Service Address, this is £90+vat per director per annum. Any statutory mail address issued to the director will then be sent to the service address in the first instance. The statutory mail is then forwarded to your own address.

The address services we provide are renewed annually and a reminder will be sent to you in advance.

If you have any queries about the above services or would like to add them to your engagement, please don't hesitate to contact us (accounts@sherwincurrid.com).
